Welcome to the website

Hello and welcome to everyone who has taken the time to connect to the website and use the online booking system.


Its safe to say that technology isn't my strong point but its time to drag my bum into the current times as well as providing a good service for my wonderful clients and customers. Hopefully as the next few months unfold there will be lots more content for you to read and enjoy and many more events and services too.

Its so very important to take care of your needs as we enter times of global unrest where fear is being bombarded at us. We also seem to have an increase in lots of the winter bugs around and that rumble of busyness of the upcoming season all around us. the end of 2022 is round the corner it seems.


With all of the above in mind its vital that you take the time to put together a winter wellness plan, here are a few of the things on my list...


Water, its easy in the colder weather to dodge the water in favour of a pumpkin spiced latte so make sure to get lots of water into your day. Add lemon for extra vitamin c and take it hot if its a cold day with ginger and lemon.


Rest, its a busy time so listen to your body... you cannot stay healthy and well if you are physically and mentally exhausted. Taking time out when needed will reap many rewards later.


Nutrition, your immune system is under pressure at this time of the year so I always supplement with extra vitamins in the wintery months. Vitamin D is vital when the sun starts to fade and a good quality multi vitamin at the very least. I have added some superfood green powders to my smoothies for an extra boost. Consult a herbalist or health coach if you need some help in deciding what you need. The best way to get adequate nutrition is a balanced and varied diet so make sure you are eating the rainbow and try to eat what is in season, Plan ahead with shopping and meal prep to make sure you are getting all that you need.


Fun. people often lose this part of themselves when the nights draw in and life gets stressful and busy but we are human beings not human doings and we have the need to connect with others and have fun so make time to enjoy yourself. let your hair down. laugh. dance and enjoy all of what life has to offer.
